Event / Account Manager - Permanent Role | Up to £28,000 + Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (fully office based)

Are you a confident communicator with a flair for organisation and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a proactive Event / Account Manager to join our friendly and sociable team in a beautiful rural location in Hertfordshire.
About the Role:
Liaising with clients (UK & overseas) to understand their needs and prepare them for visits.
Briefing photographers and post-production teams clearly and accurately.
Allocating resources efficiently to maximise commercial return.
Ensuring timely follow-up and rebooking of future events.
Gathering feedback to continuously improve our service.
Occasionally supporting other departments or events (e.g. commercial shoots, charity events, etc).
Taking part in an out-of-hours rota to handle occasional emergencies (e.g. cancellations, van issues, etc.).
What You'll Need:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
A full UK driving licence and access to a car (no public transport links to the office).
A flexible, can-do attitude and team spirit.
