Location: Devonport Royal Dockyard, Plymouth
Hours: 42.5 hours per week – some working from home
Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required. The process can take up to 8 weeks.
Eligibility: must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities
* Lead the BIM team within the KierBAM JV Nuclear team.
* Drive the BIM narrative and explore new ways to bring savings to the Project team.
* Work with the Project Information Manager to produce, manage and control the project BIM brief, programme, and deliverables.
* Manage task teams within a complex project; experience in a MOD or secure environment is a benefit.
* Understand SALs and NDAs to inform information handling, processing and transmitting.
* Proficient in model authoring and checking software (Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri, ProjectWise, Synchro).
Your day to day will include
* Pick up and drive the BIM narrative in new directions.
* Explore new ways to bring savings to the project team.
* Work closely with the Project Information Manager.
* Manage task teams and secure environment protocols.
* Use a wide range of software to author and check models.
What we are looking for
* Experienced BIM Manager.
* Knowledge to promote Digital Construction Technologies.
* Experience implementing ISO 19650 parts 1-5.
