Project Manager – Corporate Events
Location: Fetcham, Surrey (with some on-site work)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Part-Time considered – min. 27.5 hrs/week)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Holiday: 28 days including Bank Holidays

A dynamic events company is looking for a Project Manager to join its close-knit team delivering incentive programmes, conferences, meetings, and hospitality for international clients across 40+ countries.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client briefs and craft compelling proposals
* Research and book hotels, venues, restaurants, and services
* Manage multiple projects from planning to on-site delivery
* Build relationships with agency partners, suppliers, and clients
* Handle supplier contracts, SLAs, and event logistics
* Represent the company at events and ensure flawless execution
* Support marketing, product development, and internal admin
Person specification
* Degree with 4+ years OR A-Levels with 6+ years’ experience
* Previous experience in an event agency (preferred)
* Knowledge of London’s event scene a plus
* Confident with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
* A strong communicator with great attention to detail
* Natural organiser who thrives under pressure
* Enthusiastic team player with strong commercial awareness
