Role Purpose
Deliver end-to-end change initiatives within the Customer Query Management delivery function, ensuring successful implementation of strategy, tooling, and operating model improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and handover.
* Define scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
* Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across Technology, Operations, and Change.
* Track progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
* Embed continuous improvement, ensuring benefits are realised and sustained post-implementation.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong project management experience within Commercial Banking or Financial Services.
* Proven track record of delivering technology-enabled change initiatives.
* Excellent planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
* Relevant certifications (Prince2, PMP, AgilePM) desirable.
