We are inviting applications for the Senior Marker role in National 5 Economics.
The Senior Marker will support the Principal Assessor whilst leading a team of Markers at central marking. The primary role is to support the Principal Assessor and manage Markers to ensure that national standards are being consistently applied and maintained.

The senior marker will require up to 5 days release and will also be required to undertake duties in own time as follows:
1. Standardisation Assignment - Saturday 28 - Sunday 29 March 2026
2. Central Marking Assignment - Thursday 16 - Sunday 19 April 2026
3. Standardisation QP - Friday 15 - Sunday 17 May 2016
4. Central Marking QP - Thursday 21 - Sunday 24 May 2026
Release and own time fees will be paid as well as travel to the central marking events.
