We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise a group of children in an early years setting
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
* Create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed
* Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behaviour
* Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress
* Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices in early childhood education
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
* Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
* Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding and supporting children's learning
* Passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences
