Telesales/Customer Relationship Consultant Full/Part time Heaton, Newcastle Upon Tyne Circa £20k commission subject to agreed hours Overview Autoclock Systems Ltd are a small, long-established business who provide Time and Attendance solutions, synchronised clock systems and patrol monitoring systems throughout the North East and Scotland. We are looking for an experienced telesales candidate to engage with our extensive existing customer base to promote and cross sell our products. In addition, we would like the role to involve a high volume of proactive business development calls to increase the companys market share and set up appointments for field sales staff. Full training of our products will be given in advance. Initially the role will be office based with a potential for working from home in the future, Required Skills A highly motivated approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities Proven experience in outbound calling to drive revenue Excellent telephone communication skills A strong customer focus A positive attitude to change and continuous improvement Must have full knowledge of all standard Microsoft packages Full drivers license.
