With a strong focus on residents and community impact, the organisation takes pride in maintaining homes where people feel comfortable and supported.Your new roleAs a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be part of a busy and supportive Repairs & Maintenance team delivering responsive repairs across residential properties.This is a varied, hands-on role where you will:
* Carry out joinery works alongside a range of multi-trade repairs
* Complete tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp & mould treatment
* Work in both occupied and void properties
* Provide a high standard of customer service when interacting with residents
The role is full-time (39 hours per week), with an early finish on Fridays and participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota.What you'll need to succeed
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Joinery
* Proven experience across multiple trades including plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and damp/mould work
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Full UK driving licence
* Ideally, experience within social housing or a similar environment
