Finance Business Partner

£46.20 per hour umbrella
12 month contract
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to be a part of a major project within the UK.
The Role:
* Manage the provision of robust and topical financial reporting to local & central operational / controlling teams to ensure visibility of performance versus target and early warning of potential financial risks.
* Challenge operational performance and support / advise management in achieving their targets by driving improvement measures and mitigation actions on all financial topics.
* Support the PM Team on mergers and acquisitions to deliver identified synergies and opportunities within the overall business strategy for Airbus and PM Detail Parts.
* Drive the annual budget and quarterly forecast process across Detail Parts Procurement, ensuring robust financial planning and consistency with company financial objectives
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant Preferred (CIMA), with at least a minimum of 5 years PQE in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
* Knowledge and experience in SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, enthusiastic multi-functional team and to contribute with a positive, proactive mindset.
* Ability to work independently across varied financial activities
* Strong communication skills – multiple stakeholders at different levels and in different countries.
* Ability to present financial status to key stakeholders and board members
