HR Assistant - Leek

The role of HR Assistant:
* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including maintaining personnel records
* Assist in the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
* Support onboarding activities, including preparing induction materials and organising training sessions
* Handle employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary
* Update and manage the HR database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information
* Prepare reports and presentations for HR-related meetings
* Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
The ideal HR Assistant:
* Previous experience or education in Human Resources or administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
