In this role, you will be responsible for speaking to customers over the telephone, identifying the equipment, and coordinating engineers' schedules.

* Answer incoming customer service calls
* Identify problems
* Organise/schedule engineers' diaries

* Experience in technical support or coordination
* Happy speaking to customers over the phone
