Job Title: Relief Controller / Schedule
Location: London
Salary: £ 15:45ph Guaranteed 36hrs Per week
Please note this role is subject to specific vetting NPPV-2/CTC clearance
Mitie are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Relief Controller / Scheduler join one of its most prestigious contracts in Central London.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Answering routine calls, to both controllers, employees, and client stakeholders
2. Dispatching security officers as required via telephone – co-ordinating ad-hoc work
3. Maintaining various records of communications and events
4. Escalating (without delay) complaints and unusual/critical event information to the Regional Security managers and Account manager
5. Answering and responding to events and situations received and subsequently covering all reactive requirements.

13. Strong decision-making ability during both crisis and non-crisis situations
14. Able to work with highly confidential information
15. Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
16. Report writing
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
17. Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
18. Previous experience leading a team is preferable
19. Previous control room experience essential
