Trainee Manager & Supervisor Opportunities

A high-volume, fast-paced hospitality business is currently on the hunt for the right individuals to step into Trainee Manager and Supervisor roles.
This is not a typical role, and it will not be easy.
The business is busy, performance-driven, and currently undergoing a series of operational and leadership improvements. We are intentionally looking for individuals who want to be part of that journey, people who are prepared to step up, take ownership, and grow into real leadership positions.
Successful candidates will begin as a Trainee Manager or Supervisor, and from day one, will be trained and developed directly by both THM Academy and the business owner. (Even if you have previous experience).
