The Successful Business Development Manager - Requirements:

Proven track record in business development, account management, or sales within the aerospace, aviation, or defence sector.
*
Strong ability to generate new business opportunities and manage a full sales cycle.
*
Experience building, developing, and maintaining key customer relationships.
*
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
*
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with technical and commercial teams.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the East Midlands region.
The Successful Business Development Manager - Duties:

Identify, approach, and win new aerospace customers within the East Midlands.
*
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnership success.
*
Develop proposals and lead negotiations to secure profitable business opportunities.
*
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Report on pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity to support business strategy.
