🔎 Senior Risk Analyst – 12-Month Contract
📍 Hinkley Point (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join the Integrated Project Controls (Risk) team on the Hinkley Point C project — one of the UK’s largest, most high-profile infrastructure programmes.
What You’ll Do
* Act as the Risk lead within your programme area, ensuring high-quality risk management across cost, schedule, and delivery.
* Maintain and assure all risk and opportunity data (ARM) and produce accurate reporting to agreed cycles.
* Facilitate risk workshops, challenge key uncertainties, and support evidence-based decision making.
* Collaborate with Project Controls Managers and Tier 1 contractors to assess risks and opportunities.
* Support and guide Risk Analysts/Trainees, acting as the technical expert for processes and tools.
* Present risk insights to senior leadership, programme reviews, and board-level forums.
* Lead training on risk management and software tools.
What You’ll Need
* Strong analytical ability and experience delivering risk insights that influence major project decisions.
* Practical understanding of wider project controls (cost, schedule, change).
* Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex data for varied audiences.
* Experience in risk management on major projects (nuclear or highly regulated sectors desirable).
* Expertise in ARM, Safran (QSRA), Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., MoR Practitioner, APM Risk Level 2) beneficial.
