Description
Provide technical 2nd/3rd line support to users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Assist in managing and implementing IT projects within the organisation.
Maintain and update hardware, software, and network systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline technology processes.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.
Document technical processes and provide training to staff as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.Profile
A successful IT & Project Support Engineer should have:
A strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
Intune / Entra ID
Azure

Active Directory
Experience in managing technology-related projects effectively.
Knowledge of IT compliance and data protection standards.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
A proactive approach to improving processes and systems.

Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £38,000 per annum.
5 days onsite - reducing to Hybrid after probation period
