The Governors and Headteacher At Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School are seeking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support our children with SEND. The role is on a fixed term basis until 31.08.26 with potential for extension depending on funding. The role is for 5 days per week for a total of 30.42 hours per week (8.40am – 3.15pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch) At Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School we want all our children to feel safe, valued, happy, included and nurtured. Our aim is for all children to be the best that they can be, to be able to be independent critical thinkers who are inspired by their learning and experience success. Candidates will have relevant NVQ Level 3 in supporting Teaching and Learning or the equivalent, or are currently enrolled with a relevant provider to gain it, while a good level of numeracy and literacy is essential.
