Package £30,000 £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am5.30pm (Tuesday is a back-office/admin day)

Requirements Previous experience in customer-facing service, administration, or healthcare
Degree-educated (preferred)
Strong IT and computer literacy skills
Excellent communication skills well-spoken and professional
Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative and common sense
Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through
Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administration of the clinic
Act as first point of contact for patients and visitors
Manage calls, emails, and appointments efficiently
Handle payments and ensure accurate record keeping
Support clinical staff with administrative needs
Take ownership of the weekly back-office/admin day
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Contribute towards the smooth running and professional image of the clinic
