My client in Mullion, near Helston, are seeking a Sous Chef to join their current kitchen Team for the next 6 months.The hotel has extensive leisure and spa facilities, a stunning location, and offers exceptional service and an all round luxury experience to its guests. You will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen as well as helping to lead the brigade in the Head Chef's absence.It is imperative that you have a strong and steady rosette background in similar establishments and be confident and capable of running all sections, and will be able to help lead a strong and passionate team.
