We are looking for Forklift Drivers (ideally with Reach licence) to join our team in Stonehouse.
Permanent roles available on day shifts. Please note we are a chilled environment.
Hours of work - 48 hours (Monday-Thursday)
You will be responsible for all cheese despatches, ensuring that products meet the specified requirements upon shipping. This is working as part of a team carrying out the following duties:
* Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
* Receiving and processing warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
* Performing inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
* Keeping a clean and safe working environment to optimise space utilisation
* Manage stock levels and rotation of finished product, intermediate products, waste products, rework, ingredients, packaging, cleaning materials, effluent chemicals, engineering items and other ancillary goods.
At a minimum counterbalance licence and experience is essential (we can train inhouse for Reach drivers), along with:
* A good standard of English (written and communication)
* The ability to work efficiently as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail
* Understanding of health and safety procedures
You will be entitled to 28 days holiday pro rata (increasing to 33 days with service) inclusive of bank holidays, free parking and a workplace pension scheme.
