The Role
We are undergoing an exciting time in our evolution and now seek a talented Digital Marketing Assistant to join an established Marketing Team. You will have recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications or PR and will be passionate about developing a career in marketing.
Along with a clear talent for communication you will be a creative thinker who brings new ideas to the fore and thrives working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are passionate about delivering quality content that delivers tangible results back to the business.
Your role will be to create engaging, fact-packed corporate content that promotes our products and services, to our clients, prospects, and service partners, and support in the delivery of these across a range of channels such as web, print, social media and email.
This role presents a significant opportunity to work in close collaboration with an experienced Marketing Team to shape and execute upon our Digital Marketing Strategy contributing to our ambitious growth plans across our multiple UK locations. You will liaise will key stakeholders across the business, building your credibility, reputation, and potential as a Marketing Professional to drive Xperience's marketing efforts going forward.
This is a full-time role working on a hybrid basis between home and one of our office locations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media: Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement and preparing reports for Senior Digital Marketing Exec.
* Digital Content Creation: Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, email templates, and promotional materials. Assist in creating and editing videos for use in social media campaigns, product demos, webinar recordings, and ads.
* CMS Management: Support Senior Digital Marketing Exec with uploading and managing content within the website CMS including optimising for SEO purposes.
* Paid Media Campaigns: Assist in creating, monitoring and analysing the performance of PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and more. Create detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, impressions, and cost-per-click.
* Website Optimisiation: Use Google Analytics to track and report on important SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, bounce rates, user behaviour, conversion goals, and more. Utilise SEMrush to track keyword rankings, and site health and opportunities for improving SEO strategies.
* Brand Guardian: Maintain the integrity of our brand and brand assets ensuring all materials used across the business are consistently utilized in adherence with brand guidelines – when required work with external creative agencies to deliver this.
* Support and drive the Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Strategy in collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
* Supporting wider marketing and operations activity.

Essential
Experience
Required
* Third level qualification in a business, marketing, PR/Comms or related discipline
* At least one years' proven experience in marketing, communications, PR (placement year accepted)
* At least one years' proven experience in online content creation for Social Media platforms including – copy writing / graphics / video
* Experience using basic design platforms such as Canva or equivalent to create collateral in line with brand guidelines
* Experience using Google Analytics and Social Media analytics.
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to travel to GB as required
* Ability to live and work in the UK
Desirable
* B2B marketing experience
* Experience within an IT/Professional Services organisation
* Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Advertising etc.)
* Experience in using CRM and email marketing automation platforms such as Dynamics 365 / Hubspot / Mailchimp
* Experience using SEMrush / equivalent web performance tool
