Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their queries, and championing our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do.
* Work together to make everyone’s day better – support your colleagues to solve problems for customers.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and maintain accurate prices, dates, and temperatures.
