Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – National Legal 500 Firm – Hybrid Nottingham Role
A prestigious National Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their highly regarded team in Nottingham. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on a broad and varied caseload, including:
* Commercial contract disputes
* Restrictive covenant claims
* IT contract disputes
* Sale of goods and supply of services disputes
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Defamation and reputation management matters
* Warranty and indemnity claims
* Intellectual property disputes
* Consumer claims
You will be involved in matters from pre-action advice through to proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and, where necessary, the Court of Appeal.
The role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, PLCs, and large international corporates. You will also benefit from working alongside a team of leading specialists who will support your development through a structured mentorship programme.
Salary & Benefits:
This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £68,000–£88,000 (depending on experience), plus an excellent benefits package, including:
