The Role
We are looking for a proactive and digitally native Resale & Circular Fashion Executive to support the launch and growth of Club L London’s resale function.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience selling on platforms like Depop and Vinted, who understands how to create high-performing listings, spot trends, and engage resale audiences. You will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up - supporting strategy, managing day-to-day operations, and helping drive awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Listing Management
* Upload and manage product listings across resale platforms (e.g., Depop, Vinted)
* Write compelling product descriptions aligned with brand tone of voice
* Ensure accurate pricing, sizing, and condition details
* Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across listings
Resale Operations
* Support the day-to-day running of the resale function
* Assist in sorting, selecting, and preparing inventory (returns, samples, pre-loved items)
* Track stock and manage product flow into resale channels
Market Awareness & Growth
* Stay up to date with resale trends, pricing, and platform algorithms
* Identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, and sales
* Support the development of resale strategies and campaigns
Brand Awareness & Community
* Help build Club L London’s presence within resale communities
* Support social and marketing initiatives to drive traffic to resale platforms
* Engage with customers and respond to queries where needed
Performance Tracking
* Monitor listing performance, sales, and engagement metrics
* Provide insights and suggestions to optimise performance
* Support reporting for internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Hands-on experience reselling on platforms such as Depop, Vinted, or similar
* Strong understanding of what makes a listing successful (imagery, pricing, keywords)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong written communication skills
Desirable:
* Interest in sustainability and circular fashion
* Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces
* Basic understanding of social media or community engagement
