Job Description:
Our client a British manufacturer of agricultural machinery is seeking a part time manufacturer administrator to join their established team on a permanent basis.
What we offer:
1. 28.75 hours per week
2. Days/shift to be discussed at interview.
3. £13.85 per hour
4. Permanent position
The role:
5. Closing production jobs accurately in our ERP system.
6. Investigating and resolving negative stock issues.
7. Processing stock transfers and maintaining accurate inventory records.
8. Supporting production planning and factory administration tasks.
9. Tracking and maintaining records for apprentices within the factory.
10. Liaising with the production team, supervisors, and office staff.
11. Assisting with general office and administrative duties as required.
Requirements - Essential:
12. Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
13. High attention to detail and good organisational ability
14. Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
15. Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Desirable (Not essential):
16. Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
17. Previous ERP or stock control experience (Epicor an advantage, but training provided)
18. Ability to read or interpret basic technical or engineering drawings
19. Experience supporting apprentices, training records, or compliance documentation
