As our team expands, we're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join us at our Norwich HQ.
The Role Reporting into the Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping data-driven decision making across marketing and ecommerce. You'll be responsible for turning performance data into actionable insights that drive growth across paid media, digital marketing, and customer journeys. This is a hands-on analytical role, perfect for someone who thrives on working with complex datasets and delivering clear, commercial recommendations.
What You'll Do
* Analyse performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and wider digital marketing channels.
* Leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SQL, and Looker Studio to deliver clear dashboards, reports, and insights.
* Partner with marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams to provide actionable recommendations that improve ROI, conversion, and customer retention.
* Support CRO initiatives with A/B testing insights, funnel analysis, and customer behaviour deep dives.
* Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within ecommerce data and marketing campaigns.
* Work closely with senior analysts to help build scalable reporting and data infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years' experience in digital marketing analytics, performance reporting, or ecommerce analytics.
* Proven ability to work with GA4, SQL, Excel, and Looker Studio.
* Experience analysing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads data.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business actions.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
* Experience with BigQuery or large-scale database environments.
* Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
* Working knowledge of Python for automation and advanced analysis.
* Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and CRO.
