Job Overview
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / HVAC Engineer required to join a market-leading service provider. The role will provide mechanical and electrical repair, service, fault finding, and maintenance of HVAC systems across customer sites across the UK. This includes working with VRF systems, chillers, heat pumps, and hydraulic heating/cooling systems.
Responsibilities
* Provide mechanical and electrical repair, service, fault finding, and maintenance of HVAC products including VRF systems, chillers, heat pumps, and hydraulic heating/cooling systems at customer sites covering the UK.
* Undertake planned and preventative maintenance, provide advice, diagnostics, and fault finding on HVAC products.
* Perform emergency breakdown, fault finding, and repairs on various air conditioning systems used in commercial and residential settings.
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
Qualifications
* Proven experience within the HVAC industry, ideally working with VRF systems, chillers, heat pumps, and hydraulic heating/cooling systems.
* Must hold a valid F‑Gas qualification (Level 2 preferred).
* NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
* Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualifications are advantageous.
* Experience with maintenance and repair of complex systems and ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
* Full driving licence is required.
* Be able to commute to Reading, with a willingness to cover UK when required.

* £50,000 depending on experience.
