Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to support our Bromborough Services, which provide intensive support to 8 individuals in a residential setting, delivering care on a one-to-one basis to enhance life skills.
The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager in providing leadership and managing the staff team to deliver a person-centric service and innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. This role involves first-line leadership to our care team to foster lifelong careers within the Charity.

Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.
* Leading a team of support workers to maintain high care standards within Residential Services.
* Providing an effective, responsive, caring, and safe service for individuals supported.
* Promoting an autism-specific culture through effective work practices and identifying additional support needs.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems.

Hours of Work
Typically on a rota between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm. Rota to be discussed at interview. The role requires management coverage across a 7-day period, including weekends, which will be part of your contracted hours.
