CBW are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of all hard & soft FM services across this modern flagship builidng The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management and will be responsible for managing dedicated on-site engineering teams (Hard & Soft), ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards, and that the properties operate efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Key duties & responsibilities Report directly to the Operations Manager Manage agreed KPI and SLA's. Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract. Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.
