WHAT will I get from working with Huber + Suhner?
* EARN: £7.55 per hour
* EXPERIENCE: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm, and 4.15pm finish on Fridays
* QUALIFICATION: Business Admin Level 3, approximately 18 months

WHAT will my DAY look like?
You will support various departments, combining administrative tasks with supply chain, transportation, and facility management. Gaining a Level 3 qualification through this apprenticeship, you will experience:
* Inductions with the Country Management Team for in-depth business knowledge
* Supporting customs transport administration with the Warehouse Manager
* SAP training
* Assisting Supply Chain with planning, reporting, and forecasting
* Updating Yodeck (TV screens) displays with IT
* Maintaining site facilities with the facilities manager
* Managing office supplies and maintaining vending and coffee machines
* Handling correspondence
* Supporting HR and event activities, including catering and meeting room arrangements
* Minimum of 6 hours weekly on apprenticeship work and training
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
You will work towards your Business Admin Level 3 qualification, with monthly online meetings (no classroom or college). You’ll have at least 3 hours per week for apprenticeship tasks and at least another 3 hours for training, all during working hours.
* UK residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
* Skills in communication, teamwork, and customer care
