Pensions Administrators play a vital role in managing daily operations of workplace pension schemes. They help members understand complex pension details. Responsibilities include:
1. Dealing with pension scheme members via email, letter, and phone, explaining pension workings
2. Handling complex calculations
3. Producing quotations and setting up member benefits
4. Maintaining member records, such as address changes
5. Staying updated on pension industry changes
Your work will significantly impact client satisfaction and communication with third parties. As an apprentice, you'll undergo an 18-month program guided by your company mentor and a consultant from The Growth Company, who are experts in apprenticeships.
