Family Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Southampton, Hampshire
This isn't your typical matrimonial finance caseload. You'll be dealing with international business assets held within trust structures, multi-jurisdictional relocation disputes, and pre-nuptial agreements for clients with substantial wealth and complex affairs.
This is family law at the sharp end, Band 1 ranked, nationally recognised, and based in Southampton, not some glass tower in the City.
The Work
* Financial remedies involving business valuations, inherited wealth, and complex trust arrangements
* Nuptial agreements for clients who need more than a template
* Private children matters: relocation, enforcement, intricate parenting disputes
* Injunctive relief and domestic abuse protection where timing and precision matter
Your clients? Professionals, entrepreneurs, HNW families, often with assets that don't sit neatly in one country or one spreadsheet. You'll be supported by senior lawyers who are genuine specialists, not just supervising partners ticking boxes.

* 3+ PQE in family law with solid matrimonial finance and children work under your belt
* Commercially aware: you understand business interests and don't panic when trusts appear
* Resolution-focused but not afraid of Court when needed
* Empathetic and professional you handle sensitive situations without becoming part of the drama
