Job Summary
Join us as a Head Housekeeper, leading the housekeeping team to achieve higher standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Lead the housekeeping team to deliver clean and comfortable stays for guests.
* Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with safety & sanitation policies.
* Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
* Use management skills to improve team efficiency and guest experience.
* Work with other departments to support overall hotel operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in shift leadership within a hotel housekeeping environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to motivate a team and achieve performance targets.
* Knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety regulations.
* Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
