About the Role:
As an MRP Controller, you will play a crucial role in our Supply Chain Department. You will be responsible for maintaining the sales forecasts and customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer demands.
Execute MRP processes to generate purchase and production orders.
Monitor MRP system performance; identify and implement improvements.
Predict future customer demand through data analysis and forecasting.
Manage inventory levels to minimise stockouts and excess.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
Generate detailed reports on inventory and supply chain metrics.
Maintain and update MRP system data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of MRP principles and proficiency in MRP software (e.g., ERP systems).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain management is preferred.
