Job Role: Head Chef
Rate of Pay: £34,096.11 per annum (live off rate)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Location: Woodbridge

Responsibilities
* Manage a team, organize rotas, set objectives, and identify training needs
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene, allergen safety, and food safety standards
* Handle production planning, waste, and stock management
Ideal Candidate
* Experience as Sous Chef/Head Chef in a mid-to-large scale environment
* Understanding of food mass production
* Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
* Knowledge of food hygiene and complex dietary requirements
* City & Guilds 7061/2 (or equivalent) and Level 3+ in Food Safety and Allergen Management
