Just a short 7-minute walk from the train station, this 65,000 ft², 100-bed facility is a cornerstone of our global operations. Dedicated to Early Clinical Research, it’s where life-saving medicines begin their journey.
And this is where you come in because we are expanding and now seeking our new Admin. Assistant:
* Full-time, clinic-based job in Drapers Yard, Leeds.
* 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

WHO YOU ARE
* Proven experience in providing administrative support in an international environment, including invoice processing, payments, and archiving.
* Required: advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
* Educated to GCSE level.
* Ability to live and work in the UK (we cannot sponsor for this role).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with many interruptions. Flexibility, anticipation, and advanced organizational skills are key for adjusting to changing daily priorities.
* Able to maintain confidentiality and establish secure filing procedures.
ON A NORMAL DAY, YOU WILL...
Provide broad and varied administrative support to the Clinical Pharmacology Services team, including:
* Processing invoices in our financial system.
* Processing payments for the clinical trial participants.
* Supporting the Global Vendor Management Team with local specific vendors (i.e., tracking contracts, overseeing payments, etc.).
* Maintaining departmental files (training files, client contract files, project files...).
* Archiving and maintenance of complex and confidential documentation in content management platforms (e.g., CTMS, Veeva Vault, etc.).
* Taking meeting minutes.
* Assisting with department’s efforts on scheduling activities including client visits, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, agendas, etc.
* Cross-functional communication with all the Clinic teams and vendors.
