Hays Accountancy and Finance are working exclusively with Diaceutics who provide end-to-end solutions for the launch of precision medicine diagnostics. They require a temporary payroll administrator to help support their team for 3-4 months.
Your new role
This role will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working closely with the senior members of the Finance Team. You will be responsible for the following:
1. Credit control and credit card reconciliation
2. Assisting with month-end processes including SAGE 200 / Excel
3. Sales invoicing and accounts receivable
4. Preparing journals intepany etc
5. Bank reconcile and daily bank balances
6. Data extraction and analysis including debtor reports and sales variance
7. Monitoring finance emails
8. Answering telephone queries for example finance
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong payroll administrator, preferably with industry relevant experience and have the following:
9. Experience running UK payroll solo
10. CIPP qualified but not essential
11. Knowledge of Global Payroll – Input
12. Experience of different types of payroll software
13. Good excel skills
14. Attention to detail
