What you’ll bring to us You already have experience in a busy kitchen and have excellent knife and sushi-making skills. You’re fluent in English, the language of our kitchen &40;apart from the delicious love language of our food!&41; You love deepening your craft. You respect the rituals and traditions of sushi but are also curious to bring your own spark and ideas to it. You bring team spirit, kindness, respect. We only swear at ourselves here, no-one else.
