As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will be involved in planning and delivering engaging activities for residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives.
Please note this role includes weekends and is 24 hours per week.

About You
In this role, you'll plan and implement activities that bring joy to our residents and assist the Home Manager in organizing fundraising events. Your positive energy and kindness will help residents socialize more confidently, explore new hobbies, and engage with the care team.
We seek candidates with experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in developing activity programs. Strong planning, organizational, and IT skills are essential, along with excellent communication and a considerate, kind attitude.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their roles and undertake additional training as needed.
