They provide a 4-8 week training program to give you a strong technical understanding of their products and insights into real-world challenges.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage your own delegated territory in a direct sales position.
* Follow a weekly structure of 2 office days and 3 field days.
* Identify and follow up on business leads and schedule new opportunities.
* Meet and demonstrate products to technicians, engineers, managers, and directors to sell effective solutions.
* Contribute to a dynamic, close-knit sales team.
* Work in a fast-paced environment where no two weeks are the same.
Personal Requirements
* Degree in any discipline.
* Hunger to succeed and overachieve.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Full UK driving license.
Benefits include a quarterly bonus with a guaranteed minimum of £5,000 in the first year.
