About the Job Reporting to the Finance Director this candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties: Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding hire invoices Monitor credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness Chase overdue debts via phone, email and statements to maintain healthy cash flow Investigate and resolve invoice and account discrepancies Post and allocate customer receipts and maintain accurate sales ledger records Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate purchase ledger records Prepare and process supplier payment runs Support month-end processes including reconciliations and reporting Your skills & experience Experience working in a Credit Control, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger or Finance Admin role in a busy office environment Strong communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail Confident telephone manner, particularly in collections activity Competent in Microsoft Excel and finance systems For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Ollie Mairs at HireIQ in complete confidence.
