The vacancy

About this role and what is the opportunity within the role?

This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of committed team supporting our colleagues in providing facilities management services.

What does a day in this role look like?

A typical day involves dealing with colleague requests, reporting works to contractors, creating purchase orders and processing invoices. In addition, allocation staff fobs, ID badges, maintaining our records and updating our helpdesk

What development opportunities are available within the role?

We will support your development providing sight loss awareness, fire aid and fire warden training.

What is expected of you within this role?

6. Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
7. Be flexible and have a patient approach to changing circumstances daily
8. By working in accordance with policies and procedures
9. By undertaking training to ensure up to date knowledge and skills.

Summary of requirements of the role

10. Have previous experience of fleet management
11. Have previous experience of office and / or facilities administration
12. Have excellent customer service skills
13. Have good time management skills
14. Have previous Fire Warden experience
15. Have previous First Aid experience
