Working in a similar clinical environment at a Band 6 or above and have proven management, communication and leadership skills. You must be able to provide evidence of continuous professional development. Individuals must be able to work without direct supervision and be able to work flexibly using their own initiative. Ideally, you will have a specialist course in Critical Care (or relevant critical care nursing experience) as well as a recognised degree in Nursing (or equivalent) is desirable.
