Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and build our audiences on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta. Create compelling, original content for LinkedIn (B2B) and TikTok/Meta (B2C) that connects authentically with our audiences Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to turn real business moments into scroll-stopping posts, stories, and videos Identify trends, cultural moments, and community conversations—be first to create timely, relevant social content Build and nurture engaged online communities through regular posting, conversation, and creative campaigns Analyse content performance and audience feedback; use insights to keep refining what works Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to create social content that earns high engagement and shares on LinkedIn, TikTok, or Meta Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and video/visual communication skills Experience with social listening, audience research, and trendspotting Passion for understanding what makes different audiences tick—and delivering content they love Collaborative, self-driven, and eager to experiment Why Join Us?
