Key Responsibilities - * Main contact for service and maintenance bookings, scheduling engineers, and handling customer queries. * Manage engineer diaries, reports, timesheets, and expenses. * Order equipment, raise purchase orders, and process subcontractor works. * Maintain accurate customer and job records. * Provide excellent customer service and administrative support. * Assist with calls, coordination, and general office tasks. Personal Requirements - * Strong customer service and communication abilities. * Good organisational and computer skills (Microsoft Office). * Attention to detail and ability to manage workload independently. * Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
