We are committed to being survivor-led, trauma-informed, empowering, diverse, anti-racist, and anti-discriminatory.This is an inspiring opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional to join our dedicated organisation.You will develop and implement impactful HR solutions aligned with our mission, working with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that support our goals.Additionally, you will gain professional growth through leading strategic HR projects and initiatives, supporting an organisation committed to ending harm caused by gender-based violence.About the RoleAs Senior HR Business Partner, you will shape and deliver HR strategies that support our mission and objectives.You will work closely with leaders, stakeholders, and HR colleagues to develop people solutions that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, while supporting service transformation.You will provide expert advice on HR matters, lead complex casework, manage performance and employee relations, and oversee HR initiatives like workforce planning, talent management, restructuring, pay and reward, and employee engagement.A key responsibility is ensuring stakeholders are informed and consulted on organisational changes, and delivering training sessions for managers.You will also:Use HRIS data to identify process improvements, inform decision-making, and develop business cases for changeDeputise for the Deputy Director of People & CultureAbout YouTo be considered, you will need:Experience managing employee relations and conflict resolutionExperience leading change projects and programmesExperience handling sensitive issues with positive outcomesExperience developing workforce plansStrong track record in policy development and implementationAbility to deliver strategic priorities within deadlinesExperience analysing HR data for stakeholdersExperience working with external partnersKnowledge of employment law and HR best practicesCIPD qualification to chartered statusOther titles for this role include HR Business Partner, HRBP, HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or Human Resources Manager.We value interpersonal skills, passion, commitment, quick learning, and collaboration.
