You are the welcoming presence in the lobby during evening and overnight hours, ensuring guests feel safe, supported, and well-cared-for. Your primary responsibilities will include: Welcome guests and visitors from around the world, building relationships with new and returning guests and creating an atmosphere of genuine conviviality.
