This is a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Contract/Interim Recruitment Consultant to work alongside one of our highest achieving consultants in our global business and leverage off our existing relationships. The role
You will take full ownership of the entire candidate and client lifecycle! You will drive momentum, maintain consistent performance, and proactively deliver the right outcomes with energy, accountability, and initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
* Independently sourcing, identifying, and interviewing high-quality candidates
* Providing clear, constructive advice and timely feedback to candidates
* Leading and contributing confidently in client meetings
* Proactively building your client networks and pulling jobs
* Conducting targeted market mapping and proactively headhunting within defined talent pools
* Generating leads through intentional relationship building and strategic outreach
* Driving new business development with a growth-focused mindset
* Communicating with clarity, conviction, and enthusiasm while upholding principles of fairness and equal opportunity
The person
This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for contract positions in a 360 recruitment role. Ideally you will have experience in recruiting for technology & transformation positions although this is not necessary.
* Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates
* Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience on a contract desk
