Deputy Manager - Children's Home Buxton, Derbyshire Up to £38,000 per annum, dependent upon experience Full Time, Permanent | MonFri, 9am5pm DMD Partners are working in partnership with a respected childrens residential and education provider to recruit a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their well-established therapeutic home in Buxton. This 12-week placement service supports up to two children at a time, offering trauma-informed care, education, and outdoor adventure. As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards. The role involves team leadership, oversight of care plans, and ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for the children.
