Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring technical compliance, quality, and schedule adherence.
* Lead cross‑functional teams, liaising with design, systems, and manufacturing departments.
* Oversee technical specifications, project documentation, and configuration of mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical systems.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems.
* Provide technical support during project execution, including troubleshooting and problem‑solving across multiple engineering disciplines.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Aerospace, or related Engineering/Scientific discipline.
* Experience managing or coordinating engineering projects in a mechanical/electrical or marine systems environment is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teams.
* Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and compliance.
* Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
